- Each booking is charged a non-refundable 300 THB
processing fee. This fee is separate from your room charges and covers taxes and handling fees for each confirmed booking, It does not subtract from your overall payment at checkout.
- The Deposit is based on the room type’s basic rate for
the first night stay. Festival rates are higher than the basic
rate, the difference will be charged to guest upon check out.
- Guests are required to pay
the balance of room charges upon departure.
- Rooms will only be held until 18:00 (6:00 PM) on
the day of your arrival.
No refunds for no-shows or cancellations without a 7 day advance notice. Refund of deposit only will be given.
- Room rates subject to
change at the discretion of Resort.
- Information you have
provided is for our records only and will not be given to third parties
unless expressly specified.
- Payment must be made within 72 hrs of confirmation in order to guarantee reservation
- By submitting this request you agree to the
Booking Terms and Policies as described above, and understand that this form is only
a request and not a confirmed booking.
- If your room(s) is/are
available you will be sent an email link to a PayPal
online payment form. You agree to complete this payment within 72
hours of confirmation.

- To confirm
your reservation you must successfully
complete and submit the PayPal
online payment form.
- Upon arrival, you agree
to present your printed Reservation
Confirmation.
- All requests will be
processed in the order they are received.
