There are around 80 bungalows spread out on a beautifully landscaped hillside. All rooms have a large balcony for relaxing, a private bathroom, fan or air conditioning depending on your selection, and large double or twin beds.

Eight different room types, so it's easy to find a room within your budget. Some rooms have excellent sea views, a fridge and satellite TV.

Koh Lipe

Koh Lipe is a small island located about 50 kilometers from the mainland. Ko Lipe can be reached by ferry or speedboat from Pakbara, Satun, Langkawi, Koh Mook, Koh Lanta, Phi Phi, and Phuket.

There are few paved roads on the island, most of the beaches are connected through footpaths. Koh Lipe village has a school, a clinic, a few small shops and some fantastic local food.

Guests can enjoy white sandy beaches and crystal blue waters in our own private corner of Sunrise and Karma Beach. There is great snorkeling in front of the resort, and also organized popular day trips to the surrounding islands and snorkel sites.
